Your words have the power of life or death

Proverbs 18:21 "Death and life are in the power of the tongue and those who love it will eat it's fruit." Did you know you have the power to give life or give to someone just by your words? Another example besides this illustration, when a husband tells his wife she is beautiful, he speaks life into his wife and she feels uplifted, confident and loved by her husband. On the other hand, a bully constantly insulting and making fun of a wimpy kid in some cases will cause that kid to feel depressed and there is a chance they might kill themselves. 

If you don't have anything good to say, don't say it. One day God is going to judge every idle word you have ever spoken and you will have to explain why you said them. (Matthew 12:36)People always say ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME. Yea, you are right. One day God is going to judge everybody and that should scare everyone. He sees all, hears all, and knows all things. Will you be found guilty or innocent on that day? There is hope! You can be forgiven for all your wrong doings! Jesus lived the life we can't live, took our punishment we deserved and died the death we should have died. The price of sin is death. 

By nature, we are prone to sin. The only one who can live up to God's perfect standard is God and this is why Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners and make them saints. Think of it this way, its a life exchange. Jesus gives you His, you give Him yours. I am not trying to convert you because that's not my job, that's God job. I am not trying to get you to join my church or sell you religion. What Jesus offers is a relationship with Him. Not a new set of man made rules and traditions. That was not the purpose of the life of Jesus Christ. 

What are you being saved from? The imminent wrath and punishment of God on a wicked people. His wrath will be like nothing see before or will ever be seen. Everything good you know, will be taken from you. You will live forever but eternally separated from God and punished in hell forever. He does this out of love for His saints. Change your ways, believe in Jesus, believe that God raised Him from the dead, confess that Jesus is Lord, ask be forgiven and get baptized. God is just and faithful to forgive your sins. He wants to forgive you! This is what is called being born again. This isn't my command. Jesus commanded these things or else you won't see heaven. Please do it soon.
